| Dear Loreto Bay friends and future neighbors, |

| We first became aware of this extraordinary sustainable community in February of 2005. One month later, in March, we became a P.O.P., ‘Priority Opportunity Program’, member. At the April sales launch we purchased a custom home lot for our own private residence. Our golf course lot is an odd shaped lot that only an architect could appreciate. As we write this, we are designing our home and more than twenty other custom homes in the Founder’s Neighborhood and Agua Viva phases. |

| Since we purchased our lot we have attended all of the Loreto Bay Company's sales events and have enjoyed the excitement of being a part of their commitment to building a sustainable city from the ground up. As future community members and architects we have made a concentrated effort to become a part of the Loreto Bay building team, offering designs suited for residents of all ages and levels of activity. We appreciate the Loreto Bay Company's confidence in our firm’s ability to work in the community and be a “preferred provider” for custom home design and architectural services. We have geared up for the challenges and opportunities of building a beautiful town in the Mexican desert. |
